The Resource Toolkit provides templates to aid in the implementation of the steps in the Implementation Guide. »

The Training Supplemental is designed to assist in an effort to train law enforcement personnel, from the newest recruit to executive, to be knowledgeable about victim rights, sensitive to their needs, and familiar with victim services. »
